How to Refresh Your Facebook Pages in FPTraffic
You spend time in FPTraffic finding the best, quality content to add to your scheduled Facebook Page posts, you wrack your brain for effective descriptions, and you add the best emojis to each one – and just when you expect to get all kinds of new Page Likes and engagement on your posts, instead, you hear digital crickets. Not because your hard work wasn’t resonating, but because the scheduled content didn’t actually post.
Has this happened to you? Don’t worry, it’s a quick fix!
If you notice that your scheduled posts with FPTraffic aren’t posting to your Page, often times the answer is because the token we use to post to your Page has expired. The token allows FPTraffic to post on your behalf through Facebook. If the token has expired, FPTraffic cannot post to the Page.
How do you know if this is the problem? From your FPTraffic account, your can visit the errors Page:Â http://fptraffic.com/errors/. Here you will be able to see any time there was an error for FPTraffic posting to your Facebook Page. It may look like this:

If this happens, all you have to do is refresh your Pages in your FPTraffic account.
Refresh Your Pages in FPTraffic
To get your scheduled posts going again, complete the following steps:
- Log into your FPTraffic account.
- In the top right corner, click Refresh Pages.
A message will appear saying that your Facebook Page information has been updated.
